We do not do refunds on products that are delivered in good condition. All items are sent to you at OUR cost. Hence why we are membership based. If there is something wrong with the product, we will gladly fix it, but we cannot offer refunds. No exceptions.

Unless an item is returned because of our error, you will be responsible the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible or liable for returns that are not delivered to us or are lost in transit.

Late or Missing Refunds
